  Hollywood actress, Halle Berry, 60, has been hit with a restraining order from the courts, accused of hitting her 13-year-old special needs son, Maceo Martinez. Published legal documents indicate Maceo suffers from autism, dyslexia, and other unspecified learning disorders, for which he is receiving professional medical and educational assistance. Maceo lives with Berry in Los Angeles. Berry is being formally accused of mentally and physically abusing Maceo. A legal petition was filed by Berry’s ex-husband and fellow actor, Olivier Martinez, 60.
