Halle Berry's 13-Year-Old Son Testifies Against Her In Court For 4-Hours
Halle Berry's 13-year-old special needs son, Maceo Martinez, sensationally testified against her in court for 4-hours, during a custody dispute launched by her ex-husband, actor Olivier Martinez. The former couple share joint custody.
Maceo accused Halle of physically fighting him during an argument. Olivier filed the legal petition for a restraining order and full custody, stating son Maceo telephoned him about the incident and no longer wishes to live with Halle in her Los Angeles home.
Olivier accused Halle in legal papers of wrestling their son to the ground, choking him and repeatedly telling the minor to "tap out" after he allegedly pushed her. The argument began over Maceo playing video games and Halle making fun of his VR goggles.
Halle's fiancé, musician Van Hunt, broke up the fight. Maceo took photos of a distressed and tearful Halle after the fight, and submitted them to the court as a part of his dad's legal filing.
Maceo's testimony is sealed, as he is a minor. The judge will hear both sides of the case and make a determination on custody, and the restraining order, if it will be temporary or permanent.
